Dear Ghost Hunters,
Several years ago my best friend and I went on a tour of WV. We
love
the
state and its people. One place we stopped was the old mental hospital
at
Weston. It was a beautiful summer day and we were walking around
snapping
pictures of the old building. Suddenly, my friend Roger, began to get
violently ill. It hit me too. We had to get away from that place and
fast.
Once out of site of the hospital we began to return to normal. Both of
us
felt uneasy when we were nearing the back entrance to the hospital
property.
When Roger got home he called me over to his house to see the
pictures he
took of the Weston hospital. Amazingly there were green lightning
bolts and
heavy scratches on the photos above the building's main entrance.
Roger
took the negatives back to the developer and had them examined. The
green
bolts and jagged edges in the photos were on the negatives. No other
photos
of anywhere else in WV had these strange marks. The developer said he
had
never seen anything like them before. He had no explanation for the
marks.
I am going to visit my cousin in Parkersburg next week. My cousin
had
told me Parkersburg was a haunted city. I thought I would investigate
on
the internet before I went. That is how I found your excellent site.
I just thought I would share what I found in Weston. I don't know
if
anyone else has had anything strange happen there.
