support is, of course, available 24/7. We will respond
to this as soon as possible. Example: If you email us
at 3am you probably will not get a response till first

Direct technical
support is available during our normal business hours which
are: 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Though this may seem
limited, the truth of the matter is that we haven't had
any technical issuses that have resulted in loss of or
problematic service to our customers.
So, in order keep prices at this level and to keep the service
running smoothly for all of our users try to limit tech support
calls to ones that are with our service.
For instance:
1) If you can't get to your favorite site, but everything
else is fine then chances are that there is a problem with
that site, not us.
2) If you get an error on a site stating that you can't view,
download, run, play whatever they have, most likely you need
an update, plugin or program to do what you want.
We're not trying to be rude, we certainly want you to have
the most enjoyable experience possible, but please check
the F.A.Q's on
the site thats giving you problems before you call us |
